Hey dear readers,

This week I'm reflecting on what it would look and feel like if I truly believed and embodied feeling like I am enough. How would I show up at work, in my friendships, and for my passions? How would I show up for you and this newsletter?

Living in the society that we live in, it's so easy to get caught up in believing that we ought to have more or that we ought to be more. Some days, it feels like there's always something else - another social media platform to get on, another course to take, somewhere else to be, and eventually even someone else to be.

In our pursuit for more, we sometimes lose sight of just how much we've already accumulated - be it skills, material items, friendships, and even experiences. We often forget how far we've come and, in the process, undermine who we are, what we've experienced, and how much effort we've put in.

What would it look like at this moment if you stood firmly in the belief that you are enough? I implore you to take a look within and explore this for yourself. For me, it would look like slowing down, taking things one step at a time, showing up for my commitments as best I can, and giving myself grace.
